Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderbar!! Ich liebe diesen Style des Hotels! Gleich vor dem Eingang wird man von dem Concierge begrüßt und erhält sofort Hilfe! Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war toll, mit einem Balkon! Ich habe es geliebt!! Die Betten waren herrlich, Mami und ich konnten super schlafen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt von den sehr freundlichen Zimmermädchen. Alle im Hotel waren so freundlich!! Das Grab&Go war super lecker, haben uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut!! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Hotel ❤️ Wir kommen bald wieder und werden immer das Edison wählen!!! ❤️🇺🇸

Hotel is nice and close to Times Square. Good service and friendly staff. The only thing I noticed in my room is there was no pen and notepad for me. Also no fridge in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here the last two days.

Hotel is cute and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately we used their self check in kiosks and ran into an issue where we charged twice up front. Because it was a holiday weekend I had two $1000+ holds on my account which was a bit of a bummer. While they did release one of those, I was annoyed it happened at all. While comfortably appointed, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. Also, the grab and go breakfast is very very bad. The coffee tastes burnt but also watery at the same time and the lil sandwiches are pretty flavorless.
