Nice hotel with decent ...

Nice hotel with decent size rooms. Bathrooms are really small. Good location close to Times Square and Broadway. The front desk does not have enough workers and the line to the desk is confusing because of the way they have it set up. The same with the elevators.

Stayed at H/Edison was ...

Stayed at H/Edison was a little disappointed with the room we had! But we asked the Hotel manager if we could change rooms the manager was courteous and very helpful. The next day we had a much better room The staff are friendly and most helpful. I can fully understand why Hotel Edison is a very popular for guests and tourists given the proximity to NY's Times Square. Thumbs up!!
