Rooms are worn out. Service is uneven and not strong at all. They also locked us out of both our rooms because they thought they checked out. Location is good.

Decent hotel with nice staff however, I called them the day before our arrival to let them know we would be landing in around 7:30pm and checking in around 9pm. They said no problem. I called again the next day to remind them and they said it was noted in the system. We arrived that evening and sure enough, they gave our room away so for the night they put us in this tiny box like room with one bed and a cot (for 3 of us) they apologized and said they would send up wine and snacks for the error. The wine and snacks never arrived during out 3 night stay. The last 2 nights we were given the room I had originally booked (one room, 2 queen beds) and it was a decent room with nice space but a super small tv. It was an inconvenience to have to unpack for the night and repack the next day only to have to relocate & unpack again on such a short visit to NYC. In return the Edison credited us a $45 fee. If you're going to arrive late in the evening, please be aware the room you booked may not be available no matter how much you communicate with this hotel.

Vale pelo custo benefício. Ao lado da Times Square. Prepare-se para dormir com ruídos externos. Mas, ainda assim, uma boa opção pelo melhor custo. Ah, sim! Não caia na conversa do café da manhã incluído. Qualquer hotel de 2 estrelas no Brasil vai oferecer algo melhor.
