A great stay at Hotel Edison staff lovely, hotel spotless and rooms spacious couldn't ask for anymore will be considering returning again

Read reviews on this hotel before we came and was expecting the worst if I’m honest. We arrived on Monday for 10 days, every member of staff we’ve seen or spoken to so far have been very polite. Our room is a classic room and it’s just the right size for the two of us. It feels really homely. Our heater stopped working tonight, we went down to reception the man at the desk was again very friendly and within 10 minutes our heater was working fine again. The hotel is in a great location! there’s literally nothing I can complain about. You need to show your card to security before you can use the elevators also which made me feel safe. The cleaners are amazing too! We’ve been tipping them $10 every time and they honestly can’t say thank you enough. There’s this one lady I didn’t get her name that actually waited about on our floor for us just to say thank you. We’d definitely stay here again.

NYFW hiTechMODA continues to return this hotel. In the Heart of NYC, but at the Hotel Edison you are treated like family! They care about their travelers and guests. I have stayed in MANY hotels in NYC and this is the best! Come to NYC and be greeted by family who care about you.
