Its a clean room. ...

Its a clean room. Medium sized brightly lit. Bathroom is a little small but who cares when u get to see times square from ur window -. The Ac was not working , but they sent people to fix it even before we realised its not working. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms well. And toiletries were enough for all three of us. Looked a little old but v well maintained. The staff is polute friendly and helpful I would visit this hotel again.

I love this hotel ...

I love this hotel but our room (610) really needs updating. Old carpet, wallpaper coming off in places, the tub desperately needs re-glazing. Also, the free wifi is not good. I had to get a staff member help me and then almost as soon as I got back upstairs, I lost it again & never could get back on it so I gave up. As for the room itself, it was big (except the bathroom which was tiny) but plenty of closet space & pretty comfortable beds. Also, we had a problem with the hot water in our bathroom sink & they got it repaired very fast! I was really pleased with that. I know they have some 'signature' rooms that have been updated but they are quite a bit more expensive. I've always loved the location of this hotel. The staff is always very friendly & nice. My biggest complaint: We went to the business office to print off our boarding passes for our upcoming flight and there is a CHARGE for using the computers? And, a charge for printing something? I travel quite often & have never had a hotel charge me for using their business office just to get on line with an airline & print boarding passes...
