Beautiful Clean Inviting Comfortable Perfect Would return

I really enjoyed my two nights at this hotel! If you want to be in the middle of everything and not empty your life savings, this is the place. Everyone from their Guest Relations staff to check-in and management were kind, professional and helpful. I stayed in one of the "classic" rooms. It was cozy with a wonderfully comfortable bed and very clean. They've done a great job remodeling in a way that keeps the original art deco feel - maintaining the original character and style of the building. Beautiful murals & decor in the lobby. The manager's reception with jazz and refreshments was really neat. I had to knock off one star because one morning there was construction in the room next to mine that was very loud. I called the concierge and they took care of it in about 2 minutes, and I got back to sleep in that giant cozy bed.

This art deco gem was very nice. Every staff member was courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Enjoyed our stay.
