Very comfortable and welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Right in the heart of Broadway with a range of excellent breakfast/brunch options

Great location in the heart of midtown and theatre district. One block from Times Square and a short walk to Central Park, Rockefeller, 5th Ave, etc. Good restaurants attached to the hotel and a fun Jazz club too.

Stayed here for 2 days, What we liked; Location. Clean rooms. What would make this review a 5 star review for the price. At least a coffee machine and a fridge in our room. Breakfast is a bit funny, you get charged a table fee if you choose to eat in but it's free if you grab and go. I don't mind paying that extra but then it should be indicated clearly upon booking. I would have just added it to the bill. Even thou I booked the room for 4 people we were only given 2 breakfastsl vouchers. And was rejected when I asked for 2 additional coffee. Like, what are you saving 50c from $450 nightly paying customers. In conclusion, it was a good stay, great location , clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. I would be happy to stay at your hotel again if breakfast and room fridge/coffee upgrades were standard A little class goes a long way. Thanks
