Rooms are great considering you are central Times square . Very Clean and tidy. However the service at breakfast was appalling I was asked twice was I finished with over half a plate of food left when told no 3 of them stood right across from us making it impossible to feel comfortable to eat so I left it and walked out and the milk was taken out of our room so no coffee or tea in the room. Edit -- After completing checkout I can confirm the staff are exceptionally rude. We have been in so many different establishments over the past few days and everybody has been so nice and helpful. Shame as its a nice hotel

Very small rooms, I would recommend the double queen for more space. Great Central location, well organized staff.
