Un 10 sin duda !!! Excelente atención , limpieza , servicio ! Un placer haber venido !!!

We stayed at Hotel Edison for the first time in 2004, which was only our 3rd trip to NYC. We chose it because of its close proximity to the Broadway Theatre, which is our main reason for visiting NYC. Our first stay wasn't quite up to our expectations, check in was not smooth, and the room wasn't ready til after 5:00 and we had reservations for 6:00 and needed to get inside our room. However, the location was wonderful and we enjoyed the Cafe Edison for breakfast. We decided to give Hotel Edison another try, and returned there in 2009, and since that time Hotel Edison is our favorite NYC hotel! We have stayed in both the Classic rooms (not updated) and the Signature Rooms (beautifully updated!). Of course the Signature Rooms are slightly more expensive , but I highly recommend it if it's in your budget! We love being greeted by our favorite doorman, Bobby, upon our arrival, and usually on our departure! He always greets us with a smile and a friendly "welcome back", and he now recognizes us, which is a great attribute knowing the number of people Bobby greets each day! As we departed the hotel last September, Bobby even stopped our car and introduced us to Mr. Scott Geres, GM, who arrived as we were departing! The reception desk has always been friendly and helpful to us, and yes, they are busy at times, but Hotel Edison is a large Hotel so being busy isn't surprising. The security is great, and I always feel safe. We love the beautiful Art Deco lobby, and of course the location. We are excited to try Friedman's, the new cafe that replaced Cafe Edison, as well as Bond 45, which replaced the previous Italian restaurant. I cannot wait to return in April, 2018! Reservations already made!!
